This e-case uses the issue of emergency food provision to assess how network coordinators can increase service delivery and achieve ambitious goals. Based on a 2-year capacity assessment of the Mid-Ohio Foodbank, this study highlights the importance of understanding different types of capacity, barriers to service, and the roles nonprofit organizations perceive themselves to play in their communities.
